Report Trail Conditions

In order to coordinate work on the trails, FSCT needs to know what shape the trails are in, and the information needs to be as up-to-date, complete, and consistent as possible. Please use either the printable form or the fillable form (both on this page) to report what you see. Do file a separate form for each trail on which you are reporting.
